Welcome to Bronzique Bronzing Bar. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and policies.

Booking Policy

To reserve your appointment, a valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged unless a cancellation, reschedule, or no-show occurs as outlined below.

Cancellation + Rescheduling Policy

We value your time and ours. To keep things flowing smoothly:

• Canceling or Rescheduling within 12 hours of your appointment will result in a $25 fee.

• No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price booked.

These fees help us honor our commitment to all clients and team members. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Payment

All services must be paid in full at the time of your appointment. We accept all major credit cards and digital payment options.

Client Responsibilities

Please arrive on time, freshly showered, and follow all pre- and post-tan care instructions provided. Notify us of any allergies, sensitivities, or skin concerns before your service begins.

Right to Refuse Service

Bronzique Bronzing Bar reserves the right to refuse service to any client who behaves disrespectfully, fails to comply with policies, or puts the health/safety of others at risk.

Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Please review them periodically.
