SHAVE/WAX

• Waxing should be done 48 hours prior.

• Shaving should be completed 24 hours before, using a razor without a moisture strip.

EXFOLIATE

• Use exfoliating gloves or mitts with a gel-based body wash.

• Avoid oil-based scrubs or loofah combos as they leave residue.

NAIL APPOINTMENT & SPA TREATMENTS

• Schedule any manicures/pedicures or facials/massages24–48 hours before your tan.

• Tanning should always be the last beauty treatment.

AVOID CREAMY BODY WASHES & BAR SOAPS

• Especially avoid Dove or any bar soaps.

• Shower at least 4 hours before your appointment.

• If you must shower closer to your appointment, end with a cold rinse to close pores.

• Do NOT apply lotion, deodorant, oils, perfumes, or makeup.

• Wear dark, loose-fitting clothing and open-toed sandals.

• Avoid jeans or leggings—tight clothes can cause streaks.

• If it's raining, come prepared with an umbrella or raincoat.

• Sunburned skin? You may be advised to reschedule during your consultation.

We're located inside The Landmark Building in downtown New Braunfels.

• Enter through the main entrance and walk to the back of the building.

• We’re in Suite 150, just past the elevator, near the restrooms.

• Free parking is available.

• Relax in the reception area—we’ll call you when we're ready.

• Once your color is selected, we’ll prep your custom solution.

• Dress down to your comfort level.

TAN TIME

• We’ll guide you through simple poses.

• Your tan takes less than 20 minutes to apply.

• You’ll be air-dried, dusted with finishing powder, and ready to dress.

• We'll go over aftercare and help schedule your next appointment.

• Card info is required when booking.

• You will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show:

  • Cancel/reschedule within 12 hours = $25 fee

  • No call / no show = 100% of service charge

FIRST HOURS

• Avoid water & sweating until your first rinse.

• If you get wet, use a fluffy makeup brush in circular motions to blend.

• Optional: use a touch of self-tanner on the brush to correct any streaks.

RINSING

• Rinse with cool water only—no soap.

• You’ll see bronzer wash off (totally normal).

• Rinse until the water runs clear.

MOISTURIZING

• Wait until 24 hours post-rinse to apply lotion.

• Use a fragrance-free, mineral oil-free moisturizer to extend your glow.

• Moisturize morning and night for long-lasting results.
